I've used Mr. Pease on several occasions to sell or purchase rental properties and he is by far the most consistent and reasonable real estate attorney I have dealt with. It may take a day or so to get a call back but he is fair with his fees and far more competent than other firms I have dealt with ...

this lawyer was the worst never returned phone calls or texts I closed in October and still waiting on closing papers I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENT this lawyer to my worst enemy
