Sean is an excellent divorce attorney.

I had a prior attorney in Rocklin who was supposed to be good, and who was horrible and ruined my case. I switched mid - divorce to Sean Gjerde and he fixed what my prior attorney botched within a few weeks and his fee's are more than fair. If you want someone who is young, hungry, and motivated, Sea...n is your guy. I always look at reviews myself, and believe me, I am serious when I tell you that obtaining an attorney is like roulette. Your children, family, and everything else rides on what that one attorney can do for you. If you choose the wrong one, you could lose everything. Sean is a sure bet and I put my future and my babys future in his hands and I came out victorius due to him.

"I endorse this lawyer because we were able to effect an amicable and equitable resolution in a Sacramento County divorce case. I found Mr. Gjerde to be professional and instrumental in resolving what could have been a contentious and costly divorce matter; since we both had our respective client's best interests in mind, the divorce settlement proceeded smoothly and without incident."

updated on 06/30/2015

Disbarment is the most serious penalty for a lawyer. If this attorney is currently practicing law, you should contact the District of Columbia Bar to understand the reasons for disbarment.

Sean’s comment:

“Yes I went to prison because I refusted to wear a wire against my client Hoda. The Bar never proved anything against me and ultimately could only disbar me because I went to prison. For something the Bar tells attorneys to do. Its sickening what the Bar has done to attorneys. I encourage all you to watch scandal of the State Bar on Youtube.”
