Scott L. Wilkinson

Not only has my family known Scott for some time now, but he has helped my family in more than one instance. Scott is up front and honest about all possible outcomes and he does not blow smoke and make promises he cannot keep. He worked extremely hard for our defense and constantly looked outside o...f his experiences to see if he could find other alternatives and options that would help our case. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to work. He is very committed and sincere in his efforts and it shows in the court room. He is always quick to get back with me should I have a question, he has never been too busy for my family. Mr. Wilkinson has represented my family on two occasions. One, where my son was cited for "leaving the scene" and the other was for a speeding violation of 18 mph over the speed limit, (me). In the speeding violation, he had to travel out of town to court. Mr. Wilkinson was very knowledgeable an...d told us what to expect in both instances. He even knew how the different counties worked, and what we could expect from the Judge, or DA in each county. In the " Leaving the Scene" violation, he was able to get the charges dropped completely. Whew!! In the speeding violation, he was able to get it reduced to a non-moving violation which has no impact on insurance, or driving record points. In both cases we did not have to go to court. Mr. Wilkinson kept in touch before and after court, and in both cases there were no surprises. I would definitely hire him again.

I have known Mr. Wilkinson personally for over 20 years and have had occasion to hire him for several traffic infractions. Scott has been professional, expedient and completely ethical in his representation of me and my various children.
