Scott L. Wilkinson

We’ve hired Scott three times for business, traffic and criminal matters over the past 20 plus years I’m familiar with the legal system through my work and often feel the relationship attorney’s hold with one another is somehow held above the priority of their clients; this is absolutely not th...e case with Scott. I’ve always felt he had my (or my family) best interest as his number one priority ……..even at the risk of professionally not going along with the status quo of “the system”. He has always been a true, diligent, tough and simply my best advocate. It is obvious he cares about us as individuals and is candid with his observations and evaluation of the specific situation. I appreciate his flexibility and have found his fees to be below the market. I’ve also refereed a business associates to Scott and he was very satisfied …...not to mention the result Scott obtained was much better than anyone expected. Being able to work direct with Scott and not having to work through some attorney’s paralegal or assistant is also very comforting, not to mention the improved communication.

Mr. Wilkinson has represented my family on two occasions. One, where my son was cited for "leaving the scene" and the other was for a speeding violation of 18 mph over the speed limit, (me). In the speeding violation, he had to travel out of town to court. Mr. Wilkinson was very knowledgeable an...d told us what to expect in both instances. He even knew how the different counties worked, and what we could expect from the Judge, or DA in each county. In the " Leaving the Scene" violation, he was able to get the charges dropped completely. Whew!! In the speeding violation, he was able to get it reduced to a non-moving violation which has no impact on insurance, or driving record points. In both cases we did not have to go to court. Mr. Wilkinson kept in touch before and after court, and in both cases there were no surprises. I would definitely hire him again.

I have known Mr. Wilkinson personally for over 20 years and have had occasion to hire him for several traffic infractions. Scott has been professional, expedient and completely ethical in his representation of me and my various children.
