Scott Gardner Boyce

With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Scott Boyce can help your voice to be heard. After growing up in Kennewick, Washington, and graduating from WSU (where he tutored students in calculus and spent his weekends doing cartwheels as Butch the Cougar) Scott attended law school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. While there, he clerked at National Indemnity, one of the nations largest insurance companies. Scott had an inside look at how insurers see your claims, and he brings that knowledge to BGN Attorneys.

Scott's background in business, tax law, employment law, and insurance practices prepared him to understand the nuances that every person faces when dealing with an injury claim. Scott has tried cases in front of Superior Court judges, juries, regulatory boards, and has argued multiple appeals in his legal career. Scott lives in Liberty Lake, Washington, and frequents Seattle, Boise, and Moses Lake to visit family, friends, and to represent clients. Scott and his wife, Ashley, have been married since 2007 and have seven amazing children and one dog together.

Scott is admitted to practice in the states of Washington and Idaho, and is admitted to the federal courts in the District of Western Washington, the District of Eastern Washington, and the District of Idaho. Scott has also previously been admitted but no longer practices before the United States Tax Court.
