Sarmen Tahmasian

I am very pleased with my Lawyer Sarmen Tahmasian! It was my 3rd offense in 11 years and I was looking at alot of time. He worked very hard on my case and was in touch with me throughout the entire case process. I was looking at 4 to 5 years in state prison, then he had it lowered to 8 months in jail..., then 80 days, then 30 days in jail talking with the DA and had one of my charges out of the two dropped. This was a nine month process which cost me $10,000.00 dollars but I needed a good Lawyer and the best lawyer to fight this case against me, This was a domestic violence charge against me.. even though this charge was a complete accident, the courts did not see it that way unfortunately because of my past, I thought my life was ruined for sure and the Judge and DA had mercy on me compared to what I was originally facing. Even though I will still be serving half the time of 30 days in jail and or possible house arrest and numerous classes, fines, fees, felony probation for 3 years and a probation officer for the first time.. also drug and alcohol classes and testing, and got my 52 week domestic violence classes lower to 26 weeks as well..I couldn't have asked and prayed for a better outcome. He was also kind enough to talk to Calabria law group and had them subtract one $500 payment from which I still owed to help me out in my financial bind. I have learned from my mistakes and take responsibility for my actions..and am now living sober and am leading a life on a straighten arrow from now on and forever!!!
