Sarah Zwach

I am a 2015 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School with a concentration in Criminal Law and a 2012 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Letters and Science program with an emphasis in Sociology, Legal Studies, and Criminal Justice. I am passionate about advancing the protection of individual rights while working to make communities safer, including bridging the gap between law enforcement and minority communities.

Since 2016, I have worked as a criminal defense and family law attorney in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Racine, Fond du Lac, and Rock counties. I believe all of my clients deserve the best representation, no matter whether I am appointed by the Wisconsin State Public Defender's office, appointed by the court, or I am hired privately. I have a reputation for fighting hard to protect my client's rights including: researching and litigating any violations of constitutional rights; zealously defending and arguing their case at trial; and advocating on their behalf in negotiations and sentencing hearings. I have a track record of not only working hard on my client's behalf but also winning. I am passionate about what I do, and that, I believe, is what makes me a great lawyer.
