Sarah wouldn't allow me to talk directly to her over the phone or in person. She would only communicate via email, even when I asked if I could speak directly with her. Also when I tried to communicate with her about refuding my money, she did not respond. A total breakdown in communication. Com...munication is key to good attorney/client relationship. I feel like I got ripped off.

I contacted Sarah because I needed some advice about how to handle a legal situation. I was not referred. I picked her from the list of lawyers in Mason City, IA on a search. I read her profile and liked what I read. She provided me with direction on how to handle my situation. She advised me th...at I would need to complete a form and pay for a consultation on my situation. I agreed, however, when I provided her with more detail, she let me know that legal services would not help and directed me to another solution. I am grateful that she provided me with that little bit of advice without a charge. Even though I was willing to pay for the consultation.

My husband and I went to see her to about getting a durable power of attorney for my husband. She did an awesome job. it was done fast and efficiently. I have recommended her to many of my friends. On 11/28/16 I had a friend that had a major stroke. I called and gave her the information I though...t she needed. Sarah went to the hospital and had all the papers ready for the family member to sign so things could get done. She was contacted 12/5/16 and it was done the same day!

I spoke to this attorney a few times regarding a legitimate case of discrimination based on disability. She is by far the RUDEST, most uncivil attorney I have ever spoke to. She was angry that I did not hire her IMMEDIATELY the first time after she gave me some simple advice. She was outraged that... she gave me free advice without me hiring her afterword. She later told me not to ever contact her again. Beware, if she does not always get her way, she will likely hurt you more than help you.

From the first call to the final signing, Sarah was a true professional and very knowledgable on the law. I had her represent me in a divorce case with custody involved. She listened and advised me to get the case solved promptly and fairly. She was very prompt on notifying me of current events. I... would not hesitate in using her again, if I ever need a lawyer again.
