Sarah Kimberly's practice focuses on ERISA class actions involving 401(k) retirement plans, traditional pension plans, ESOPs, and health and welfare plans. She has successfully litigated a number of ERISA breach of fiduciary duty cases relating to the mortgage and credit crises, including Alvidres v. Countrywide Financial Corp., In re Fremont General Corp. Litigation, and In re IndyMac ERISA Litigation.
