Sara Hernandez

Sara was very disorganized, inefficient and unprepared. I was embarrassed to be represented by her. She didn't even have the proper paperwork when we went to court, after being reminded to bring it. She didn't have any questions prepared for witnesses and she didn't subpoena any witnesses for our de...fense. She didn't listen to me when I asked her not to file a motion or when I asked her to withdraw it, upon learning that she had ignored my original request not to file. I retained her services through the Modest Means program, but I would NOT recommend her to anyone, no matter how desperate you may feel you are.

Sarah helped me out on a custody case that was a bit difficult and we had a few curve balls thrown at us. She handled those curve balls really well and by doing so helped keep my head in the game. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in the matter of my case as well as grounded and had the ability ...to keep me grounded as well. She never lied to me or just told me what I wanted to hear. She told me straight what her intentions were, where she seen my case going and what I was to expect. I would definitely recommend Sarah for any of my friends or family that need legal help.
