I hired Mr Siddiqui in 2019 to represent me and my company in a federal civil case in the district of Florida. In the last 2 years my experience has been positive . I have been treated with professionalism , honesty and integrity. The filings were timely . The case has been handled by Mr Siddiqui wit...h impeccable professionalism . I wholeheartedly recommend his services .

This attorney was fully incompetent with the legal matter he was retained to handle for me. He was unprepared in court and would attack me his client to keep me from speaking in court. He will only look for reasons to charge you. He agreed to things in my case without ever consulting me before making... the agreement. Completely unprofessional!!!!

I have worked with Mr. Siddiqui for over 7 years. I entrusted in him very delicate and timely information pertaining to discovery or investigative info to move several cases forward and he constantly lagged and basically waited until the last minute to do everything that I've ask of him. He has not f...iled documents that I begged of him over email, text, and conversations. When I finally did get him on the phone he only wanted to talk about payments. Then he ask me to pay invoices more than once, such as forgetting that I had already satisfied certain payments. I had no other choice other than to rightfully Relinquish Mr. Siddiqui of all his legal duties on 2 case that were still open at the time. He blatantly told me that he did not want to be a lawyer anymore and I fired him months after. Being a lawyer is not as simple as flipping burgers, I wanted/needed someone who was more dedicated to the duty as legal counsel and the best possible outcome of their client(s), I never expected the opposite, sadly it has come to an ending as such this. I did not forecast as storm as troublesome as this one in Mr. Siddiqui.

This lawyer send me four sets of retainer and fee documents that had been repeatedly in need of correction and did not reflect our original conversation and understanding. In over ten years of dealing with real estate attorneys (all paid in full), I have simply never been asked to sign Fee Agreement ...with “all the fees spaces left blank” and with no reference as to the actual understanding or agreement. I was also unable to execute a Financial Agreement hourly “costs" the fees spaces left blank agreement. Furthermore, that Financial Agreement continued (after requesting it be corrected three times) to have a provision selected and requiring initials for an installment (PAY AS YOU GO) provision along with a request for credit card, rather than a FLAT FEE as previously discussed which was paid thru PayPal. CraigsList lawyer that can't get his own retainer agreements right is not the guy I would hired for anything remotely complex.
