I hired Ryan Putz to help correct the mistakes I made from a previous attorney. Not a single thing changed. I discussed my issues with another attorney and was told that many issues should have been resolved and corrected. Mr Putz should have identified the verbiage and made the corrections. I feel t...here should have been a stronger, more assertive representation. I thought he would have fought for me, stood in my corner. He failed on all points. Communication was less than stellar. Phone calls and emails were random at most. Every issue I encountered was received with that’s an enforcement issue and I needed to rehire the firm to pursue it. Bryan Fagan seems to be an awesome individual and if I could afford him I’d have him in a heartbeat. He built a great firm and I believe in him. He should select those that share his determination and compassion.
