OUTCOME: Agreed Dismissal With Prejudice

My client was personally served with a 20-day Summons and Complaint for medical debt close to $20K. After agreeing to represent her, I filed a Notice of Appearance and began working with the opposing c ... ounsel. Seven (7) days later, I obtained an agreed order of DISMISSAL with Prejudice, meaning the lawsuit against my client was to be dismissed completely and the party suing her CANNOT sue her again on the debt again. My client is no longer in danger of a default judgment and no longer owes the debt.
