Ryan Kastelic

We hired Ryan to help us with a small claims case half way through. We had to fire the 1st lawyer we hired do to not doing the job. Once we hired Ryan he was on top of it and was extremely efficient and aggressive. I unfortunately hired attorney kastelic in February of 2016 after I was terminated by my employer while being on disability. I had several other consultations but Attorney kastelic originally had such high hopes for my case and told me that it was a slam dunk! After meeting with me in person, and tak...ing my initial payment, he then proceeded to refuse to return my phone calls, emails, voicemails, and text messages. I decided to call him from a number I knew he wouldn't recognize and he answered. He stated he was preparing to send out a letter to the opposing attorney the next day. 4 months went by and I did not hear from him. Again, several voicemails, text messages, and emails went out to him and no response. He knew I was a single mother of two small children, was being threatened by eviction from my apartment, could not pay my car payment, any of my other bills and most importantly could barely feed my children( we hich he met on our initial meeting)and he still would not return my phone calls. After 11 months of trying to contact him I used yet another phone number and called him. He answered. I asked him to give me all of my files that he had regarding this case. This is where we are at right now. I will be very surprised if he actually sends out my files like he said he would. At first, he will act like he supports you, believes you, and will help you. He may actually try to relate to you by talking about his niece, who happened to be the same age as my youngest son which he met!(not sure if that is actually true). Please do not buy into this facade. He will take your money and hang you out to dry! He is the worst attorney ever!

I found myself embroiled in a heinous family legal matter, and was referred to Mr. Kastelic. Professional, Straightforward, hard-hitting to get to the Facts, Mr. Kastelic surprised at every turn. His Legal Expertise where I had none, Competence where I was hazy, and profound Understanding of Fam...ily Dynamics, dynamics that had in decades past baffled the strong and sent the weak flying, Shined Light so strongly upon a terrible situation that I was only helped. Wish I had gone to Ryan sooner. He is Honest, Refreshingly 'real', and seems Capable of dealing with people who are from maybe all walks of life. that last issue there really surprised me: he 'gets' things the first time; he truly seems to understand complexities that might baffle/stun other lawyers, yet he remains Honest and Real and Helpful. I am impressed by him so far in my legal case. Kudos to Ryan Kastelic ; Thanks for your Bravery in dealing with my family situation and not backing away. !!~

My old landlord wrongfully withheld my security deposit. She claimed that I left a mess and then changed her story to she was claiming bankruptcy, then changed it to she moved away. He showed that none of those things were true (actual bankruptcy was years before I moved in, not after I moved out) ...and got my money.
