Ryan Kastelic

We hired Ryan to help us with a small claims case half way through. We had to fire the 1st lawyer we hired do to not doing the job. Once we hired Ryan he was on top of it and was extremely efficient and aggressive. I unfortunately hired attorney kastelic in February of 2016 after I was terminated by my employer while being on disability. I had several other consultations but Attorney kastelic originally had such high hopes for my case and told me that it was a slam dunk! After meeting with me in person, and tak...ing my initial payment, he then proceeded to refuse to return my phone calls, emails, voicemails, and text messages. I decided to call him from a number I knew he wouldn't recognize and he answered. He stated he was preparing to send out a letter to the opposing attorney the next day. 4 months went by and I did not hear from him. Again, several voicemails, text messages, and emails went out to him and no response. He knew I was a single mother of two small children, was being threatened by eviction from my apartment, could not pay my car payment, any of my other bills and most importantly could barely feed my children( we hich he met on our initial meeting)and he still would not return my phone calls. After 11 months of trying to contact him I used yet another phone number and called him. He answered. I asked him to give me all of my files that he had regarding this case. This is where we are at right now. I will be very surprised if he actually sends out my files like he said he would. At first, he will act like he supports you, believes you, and will help you. He may actually try to relate to you by talking about his niece, who happened to be the same age as my youngest son which he met!(not sure if that is actually true). Please do not buy into this facade. He will take your money and hang you out to dry! He is the worst attorney ever!

I definitely would recommend Ryan Kastelic! I had a case where I was hit in the head by a foreign object by someone else at fault in a public area. It struck me in the head so much that I had to go the Emergency Room to get 3 staples to close the wound. Even though I didn't have major brain injuri...es or anything too serious, I still had a hefty bill that I was previously going to pay on my own as a forgiving act to the one at fault. I knew I couldn't afford to pay this "surprise" though. So, if it weren't for Ryan, I would be regretting never asking the individual who was at fault for this and end up paying for this accident myself. By Ryan's guidance and knowledge of legal matters, he advised me to write a police report which I wasn't planning to do in the first place! Also, Ryan set up a settlement contract between myself and the one at fault, which we both signed and notified in an agreement that I will not have to cover the expenses of this personal injury but the one at fault is. It was because of Ryan's empathy and understanding of my situation that justice was served. Thank you Ryan for helping me and settling this case!
