I had a very disappointing experience with this accident lawyer. They promised that I would only be charged a 33% fee if they won the case. However, after losing the case, they still collected money from my insurance and other expenses, something I could have handled myself. This felt misleading and ...lacked transparency. Additionally, the professionalism was lacking, and communication was poor. At one point, a staff member from the Houston office, Eden, was rude and seemed to work against me rather than in my best interest. Overall, I felt misled and disappointed. I strongly recommend that future clients thoroughly read the contract and remain cautious about the promises made.
