I have undergone the programming rituals of "Law School" and "Bar Exam" and, by God's grace, I believe I have fully recovered.

I regained my humanity and self-respect through increased understanding of the terms "Privileges and Immunities" and "Due Process." They are ripe for misinterpretation and misapplication, and those errors have engendered the prevalence of lawfare in today's legal/digital world.

Shame knows no bounds.

My professional manner is irreverent, unorthodox, and methodical. Some think I am slow.  I think I am right -- and I am right a lot.

I do not actively seek clients. I have discovered most of life's problems are best addressed through one's attitude, and are solved with common sense. A lawyer's time is rarely worth exchanging for your money, unless you truly have bad intent. Titus 3:9

An honest lawyer starves.

You will find my advice is quite good, and my counsel is even better.  There are certain cases on whose behalf I would be honored to advocate. My focus is constitutional law. 5 U.S.C. §704 and 42 U.S.C. §1983

Pre-COVID, I interacted with many types of people, and the proceedings are usually delightful, nearly never adversarial, and gone about with one goal: productive, meaningful results.
