I used this attorney on several different occasions. I was quite impressed with the office environment, immediate service and knowledge of topics discussed. This attorney is quite confident and knows the law. I personally used her for a bankruptcy which I started with two other attorneys who could... not seem to get the job done. This attorney took the case over and everything was resolved within 4 months (awesome). I also sought her legal advise for non payment of services for my son's DJ business. Within two months this attorney was able to resolve the matter with my son being compensated in full. I have been so impressed that I've shared her business information with friends and colleagues. Everyone that has used her services have been quite pleased. This is one attorney that you will feel as if you're getting your monies worth.

Hired Attorney Nelson at $1500 to represent me in my child custody case. Attorney Nelson was very vague & subdued in her representation, as she went through the motions of gathering witnesses & evidence to deliberated at my hearing. But, during the hearing, she was unprepared & unwilling to try my ...case. She told me I was going to lose my case & to consent to a child protection order. On her advise, I consented & lost custody of my son because she was unwilling to argue the merits of my case. When the judge asked her what she wanted to do, she just shrugged her shoulders to suggest "whatever." Therefore, the judge made the decision for her. The court & opposition appeared to have shaken Attorney Nelson, & instead of fighting per my argument, she advised me to consent. I'm not sure that I've ever experienced or heard an attorney under any circumstance tell their client to consent because they didn't want to fight for their client. I would not recommend her in these type of cases, particularly to father's who often have to fight for their rights as fathers.

Ms Nelson services has exceeded far past my expectations, she's proven wrong every doubt and fear I've ever had concerning my court cases, whether a business case or personal she has prevailed. The thing I like about her most is that she takes the time to listen and doesn't just focus on taking your ...money. I would be wrong to not mention her staff ( Team ), they too deserve recognition as well, they're very professional and organized and in my opinion that separates the average attorneys from the great ones. In my professional opinion you could never go wrong by hiring Rowena Nelson as your attorney ( We have never lost a battle, and that's my testimony).
