About Rosemary
Biography
Rosemary was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and received her undergraduate degree in English at Nipissing University. She moved to the United States to attend law school at Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts, and then made her permanent home in Oregon in 2008.
Rosemary began helping consumer debtors while in law school. She worked for a debtor’s attorney and chapter 7 trustee until graduation. Upon graduation and admittance to the Oregon State Bar, she began representing debtors in bankruptcy court; her practice has been dedicated to representing debtors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from the outset. She has helped thousands of clients in the Pacific Northwest obtain the fresh start that bankruptcy affords.
Rosemary recently joined forces with her husband and fellow attorney to create the law firm Zook & Zook Law, LLC. Rosemary will continue to assist people with debt relief matters; Zook & Zook Law, LLC also offers assistance with estate planning and probate matters.
Rosemary is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Debtor-Creditor Section of the Oregon State Bar, is an editor and contributor for the Debtor-Creditor Section Newsletter, and is a member of the Oregon State Bar Executive Committee.
