Would not recommend. Probably was better off without him as a lawyer. Went to trial and was not prepared. My case was presented sloppy and he wasn't very knowledgeable on military retirement. My wife was awarded everything including my military disability retirement that she technically wasn't untitl...ed to. The ex wife's income was clearly higher than mine and she was awarded alimony as well. He talk pretty good but was really pushed around by my ex wife's lawyer.

First experience with a lawyer. I figured that I would be very well prepared & have an advantage in my case with "proper" representation, but didn't. My son's mother abuses the legal system to her advantage & I hired Ron McBay to help fight her in court. However, Ron was more interested in the financ...ial aspects of the case. Ron showed up the day of court very unprepared. My child support case was an existing case from California. Somehow Ron managed to calculate that my child support should be higher in Alabama than what I was paying in California. I am very unsatisfied with the outcome but even more unsatisfied with Ron's performance and handeling of the case.

Very unprofessional, the paperwork he did in my divorce was all wrong from names to dates to even getting the judge to sign the judgement knowing it was wrong, when Ron McBay was informed of this matter he stated it was money well spent, in my personal opinion I would not recommend this lawyer to an...yone.
