Ronald E. English III

I went with Ron English to help navigate an admittedly difficult situation. But the expense. And not only did i receive essentially nothing, but Ron was so friendly with the adversarial attorney he allowed through a low-key threat and a few insults with no defense. And mind you i had a slam dunk case... had i wanted. I think? Ron is a conservative guy which is good but i could have used some general insight about options, or what he’s seeing from his perspective. Further, as an example Ron simply took the adversary attorney’s word “at face value” regarding an account, and i just looked at the signature recently — it’s 99% a forgery. Who knows if i have any recourse now 3 years later. i paid Ron more in fees than even received and thinking how badly things went for me it feels gross.

MVA brain damage 2011. Never been in a deposition so we went after my old employer we lost but yet I was very well groomed by Ron. So later on then came the insurance company deposition (MVA) and he baited them with the deposition from the ERD case, He understands how a person thinks ( I read the dep...osition over & over) so I answered half way through the questions that were asked. He got me $310,000.00 dollars. So at the end of the day do not call the number on the side of your phone book.

We hired Mr. Moodie as our personal attorney for a very sticky situation. Unfortunately, our case got handed over to Mr. English, who did NOTHING to help us. Mr. English did not get in contact with any witnesses. He did not do any research in our case. He did not answer a host of questions that were... emailed to him but he did charge for the emails! I would never recommend Mr. English or his law firm.

Mr English helped us in a very stressful situation. He was able to take our case, explain the details and our options in a concise manner. He walked us through the process and was able to achieve a settlement beyond our expectations. I reccomend Mr English, and while I hope I don't need an ...attorney in the future, he will undeniably be my first choice.
