After having a meeting with Roland and paying $100 consultation fee, he was unable to answer a basic timeline question. Here is the email I sent to on the third day. "I have to say I am very disappointed. Roland explained to me what set you guys apart was how quickly your response time was. Well,... I found that not to be the case. During our meeting, Roland didn’t know how quickly we could do the modification and I asked for him to look into that and email me. Later that day, I received an email from intake and Sophea, and I explained how happy I was with Roland and how I was looking forward to hearing the answer. The following day, I emailed Roland asking again about the modification timeline and also to please input my new taxes which I had just received into a form 14 to verify how it would change the child support. Asking for him to bill it out to me. It’s now Friday at 5:40 and I have yet to hear back at all, from anyone in regards to any matter. I am truly shocked as the referral I had received and the reviews I had read online spoke amazing things about your guys. I never asked for free work, I ask to be billed and if the modification could happen soon, that I’d pay my retainer immediately. Needless to say, you have lost my business."
