Rocco Riccobono, Esq. is a premier New York City plaintiffs personal injury attorney with a 22 year history in the field marked with great success. He was recently honored in the Best Lawyers, New York 2024 edition. He is very experienced at handling serious motor vehicle, premises, construction, and product liability accident cases. He also litigates medical malpractice lawsuits. He is an expert at legal research, legal writing, settlement negotiation, and trial practice.
Rocco attended the University of Chicago. In his junior year, he was accepted to the Brown University, International Studies program in Italy. He was on the Dean's List. He received the law school Dean's Scholarship. He graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During law school, he was invited to join the student law journal. Rocco was also selected to be a judicial intern for Federal Court, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and served for the late Honorable Leonard D. Wexler.
He is a volunteer for the New York City Bar Association, City Law Center Pro Bono Project.
Rocco is very driven and passionate about achieving the maximum compensation for his seriously injured clients. Rocco has recovered approximately fifty million dollars for his clients over the course of his career.
