Robert Andrew Zigmund

     Robert A. Zigmund is an attorney with over 35 years of experience in many areas of the law including Criminal Law, Family Law, Real Estate, Business Law, Civil Litigation, Mediation, Bankruptcy, Wills, Decedent's Estates and Administration, Employment Law, and Administrative Law matters. He has trial and appellate experience before District Courts, Common Pleas Courts, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, adn the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.

     He is a graduate of Capital University Law School and King’s College. He is a Continuing Legal Education Instructor for the Commonwealth Academy of Professional Education for courses related to Bankruptcy, Family Law, and the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.

    He has also served as Adjunct Faculty at Keystone College, King’s College, Wilkes University, Penn State, and the University of Phoenix, Philadelphia Campus, in Government, Criminal Justice, Business Law, Constitutional Law, Construction Law, and Employment Law courses.
