This guy is legend in Ventura County. Law students go to his trials to learn how to cross-examine a witness. I wouldn’t want to oppose him in court, but my nephew was lucky enough to be referred to him by a judge who is a family friend. Thank goodness. This lawyer spends hours poring over his cases a...nd returns calls and emails promptly. My nephew was wrongly accused, and two other well known attorneys in the area, DL and RB, told him to plead guilty. Robert Schwartz fought for him and won an acquital. Cannot even imagine what would have happened if we had hired someone else. VERY reasonably priced compared to the other attorneys we spoke to.

Robert "Bobby" Schwartz is the best there is. I work at the court, and if I ever need a criminal defense lawyer, he would be my first choice. One of the few remaining great criminal defense attorneys. Why anyone would waste their money on someone who just does a mediocre job.........I don't know. My... second choice of representation would be probably be Steve Powell. So many "bad attorneys" out there, cannot believe people would ever hire someone without doing their research-- especially if possible jail time is involved.
