Biography
As a trial lawyer, my job is to help others. My job is to help others seek justice in our courts. My job is to ensure that people’s legal rights are protected. That’s what I do every day. I help those being harmed by negligent conduct and dangerous products. I advocate for those who endure discrimination or abuse of their civil rights. I aid those who suffer injuries at work. I seek justice for those victimized by dishonest commercial and business practices. I assure that all are innocent until proven guilty.
I also provide pro bono legal services to those who cannot afford my legal fees. I was appointed by the NJ Supreme Court to sit as an ethics investigator for the District VII Ethics Committee to hear and investigate ethics complaints against lawyers. I am appointed by the NJ Supreme Court to sit on the Distric VII Fee Arbitration Committee to hear and decide disputes by and against lawyers concerning their legal fees and billing.
On a personal level, I have been married to my wife Caryn Rubinstein for 31 years and we have two terrific daughters, Jessica and Rachel.
