Great Experience

Rob recently handled a case for me, the circumstances of the case were personally frustrating. Rob was able to to quickly resolve the matter favorably, while keeping me informed fully and timely throughout the process. Knowledgable, professional and thorough.

Rob had my Back!

I was very lucky to have Rob recomended to me in my time of need. He absolutely went above and beyond to help me out and made it very painless. I got a DUI in nashville and being out of town i had nobody to turn to. I called a couple different attorneys and even tho a DUI is a minor thing to Ro...b he understood that it was a major thing to me and was more than willing to help me out. He made me feel like we had been friends for 10 years and he absolutley had my back and best interest at mind. Rob never lied to me or gave me false hopes about anything. He told me what i could expect to happen and we came up with a game plan to get this DUI out of my life as quick as possible and Rob executed our plan and even exceeded my expectations. He is a great guy and an awesome lawyer and i highly recomend him no matter how big or small your need is.

A friend, a mentor, a co-worker, his knowledge is vast, and experience is unparalleled."

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I recently worked with Mr. McGuire to resolve a matter with both criminal and civil elements. Mr. McGuire was courteous and professional during our negotiations. It was apparent that Mr. McGuire was fighting for his client and worked hard to resolve the issues in the case without creating unnecessary expense for the parties. I would highly recommend Mr. McGuire to anyone seeking a criminal defense attorney. He is very knowledgable of the law and the courts in the Nashville area."
