As a company a decision was made to help an employee with several 10's of thousands in a single loan that allowed them to complete a home they were building that included special provisions for a handicapped child. The employee then left the company and refused to make any effort to return any part ...of the loan. We employed Robert to make contact with and collect as much of the debt as was reasonable based on their circumstances. In the end, all debt was repaid, the employee admitted they should have been more responsible and appreciative and together they worked out an affordable payment plan. I would not be uncomfortable to meet the employee today on the streets as what was honorable was done and the goal was achieved. From some feedback via the grapevine, the employee felt better in the end for having fulfilled their commitment.
