DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN
This man billed us $1,000 to do a simply clarifying order. He did it wrong twice and i believe it was either intentional to bill me for more money or just plain didn't care. He padded his bill up every time I questioned him on his mishandling of my case. RUN from this guy. I am pursuing dispute/c...
This is a case in which I represented both he and his former wife. When his former wife saw his review, she posted her own review above entitled "John's Former Wife". I ask that you review her post and I will not respond further.

Crooked Practice
Bob would not share all my ex’s financial data in dividing assets in my divorce. I later learned my ex and I had several millions of dollars in shared assets during marriage, my ex didn’t share with the court. I never saw anything close to my entitled share and I have had trauma & health issues tha...
It is very unlikely that the person who wrote this review was actually a client of mine. I usually perform my services as a neutral attorney appointed by the court or the parties family law attorneys to divide retirement plans. Both parties are entitled to receive copies of any records provided to me by the other and I have never not provided records when requested. When the project is done, and if I had to run calculations, a report is issued. It is important for clients to be comfortable with the calculations before they are requested to sign off on a dividing order so that is why it is also important for me to provide records to them. What this individual has said is simply not how it works leading me to believe that he/she was never a client. If this person discover that his/her former spouse had hidden several millions of dollars, then there is simply no way that this would not have come to my attention. Nothing remotely similar to this has ever come to my attention in my 33 years of practice. Please note that I do not INVESTIGATE the existence of anyone's assets. That is not what I do. I follow the terms of the divorce decree and implement any required order to divide the plans identified in the decree. It is up to a person's family law attorney during the divorce proceeding to investigate the existence of community assets. The review is further suspect because how can a husband or wife not know if they have millions of dollars? How did he/she just now discover it? Why didn't the family law attorney representing him/her investigate it? Also, in Arizona, an asset not divided in a divorce decree can still be divided post decree. In any event, I never render services to investigate non-disclosed assets. Lastly, what is said about my practice being at risk of closing is just nonsense. Even in this "Covid time", I am very busy. In fact, I am so busy that a month ago, I terminated my estate planning services to free time so as not to have to work 6 days a week. I only perform services dividing retirement plans. I do not know why this person wrote this review but, if he/she was a client, I wish they would have identified themselves so I could call and try to work things out.

Mishandled
I hired Harrian to review my case, they insisted on phone communication charging me by the hour, only to waste my time with silly questions and conversation that wasnt relatable to my case, I had to get them back on track many times. At the end he reviewed my case and offered to work with me, but I d...
During the Covid-19 crisis we try to do all consultations and meetings by phone. The consultation fee has always been $50 for the first one-half hour and the normal hourly rate for any time above one-half hour. Most all initial consultations can be handled in one-half hour. Sometimes what a client may deem to be "silly" questions are important to get a complete background of the facts in order to give solid advice. I certainly would invite "John" to call me so that we can discuss his concerns. I have many consultations each week and I do not recall anyone appearing discontented with their consultation but would be more than happy to discuss this with him at any time.

Outstanding, Knowledgeable, and Professional - Highly Recommend
Robert Harrian drafted and submitted to the Court the QDRO documents for the community property retirement split post-decree for my ex-spouse and I. Mr. Harrian knew exactly what he was doing and what I was entitled to. My ex-husband had originally had the documents drafted up, and Mr. Harrian foun...

Extremely Happy with Mr. Robert Harrian's legal services
It is very difficult to find a reputable divorce attorney who knows the law, is ethical and responsive. When I was going through my divorce 6 years ago, I asked around for a referral to a good divorce attorney and was referred to Mr. Harrian. I have a child and for anyone who is going through a divor...
