The Best Lawyer!

After many... many hours of research trying to find the right lawyer to represent my custody case. I decided to hire Robert Going Jr. It was the best choice I've made! Quick responses, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Robert is very experienced and sincere. He will help you remain calm and makes sure... you understand the process fully. I highly recommend!

Robert M. Going Jr. is an excellent attorney.

Attorney Robert M. Going has worked with diligence and competence at all times. As my divorce lawyer he was trustworthy and my divorce was amicable. His expertise on defense has helped myself and family members come out ahead with traffic violations. He is a considerate person and he listens.

Attorney in Lancaster Provides Crucial Insight

Going and Plank Attorneys have been readily available to assist with several recommendations and helpful legal insights over the years. I have used them for Real Estate Law and Council, Employee and Employment Law and Council and Non-Compete - Non-Disclosure Agreements on several occasions. Their i...nsights and recommendations proved invaluable, they were quick to respond and followed up immediately. On one occasion in which I had asked his firm for a second opinion on a legal issue they responded with additional information that was a crucial insight that the other firm’s attorney did not provide to me or did not know about. I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Robert Going and his firm Going and Plank Attorney's.
