Fast and Successful

Robert Going helped me with a legal matter that required a court appearance. I was lucky to have such an experienced attorney - I didn't even enter the courtroom - Bob fixed the issue so quickly that I never even left the corridors. Throughout the process he very responsive and helpful. Thanks Bob!

Someone you can count on

When you need a criminal lawyer you are already in a fearful state of mind. Mr. Going from the first visit put my mind at ease. I was still frightened, however he outlined everything I would be facing and said he would be there every step of the way. He never said “everything will be alright”, becau...se it wouldn't. But just knowing what was ahead of me did ease my mind. He was in constant contact, explaining what was going on, what I faced, and what the possibilities were. He never left me guessing, or in the dark. I might not have liked the possibilities, but I knew what they were. He worked at getting me “the best outcome”, and I did. People in my predicament were surprised at final disposition. While not off Scott Free, it was a fair and good disposition. One more thing that TRULY impressed me. He was not afraid to ask his peers from other law firms for help and guidance. Truly someone you want in your corner.

Robert M. Going Jr. is an excellent attorney.

Attorney Robert M. Going has worked with diligence and competence at all times. As my divorce lawyer he was trustworthy and my divorce was amicable. His expertise on defense has helped myself and family members come out ahead with traffic violations. He is a considerate person and he listens.
