Robert Gallo

It was my very first time in serious trouble with the law. Held without bail in nassau county jail(no I did not kill anyone, non violent charges as a matter of fact). My brother actually found him through his job. He came to see me at the jail. He was very nice, not sleazy at all, I felt like he actu...ally cared about my wellbeing. I thought I was looking at state time and was willing to accept consecutive sentences. Well he told me absolutely not with no record that was absolute absurd and worked out a deal where I was able to get concurrent sentences and a fine. No state time. Thanks to Mr Gallo I am out of jail and getting on with my life..no probation, nothing else to worry about. I'm able to close the door on that awful chapter in my life thanks to him! Heaven forbid I need legal help in the future(no plans on future criminality but ya know never say never) I will definitely be calling him!

Mr. Gallo was recommended to us by a family friend who said he was an expert and deals with these cases very often. He may deal with cases like this often, however he was far from an expert and was very unpleasant to deal with. He had little to no patience and was very rude. After he collected his fe...e, which I paid up front, he had no interest in talking to me. He told me to stop calling him with repeated questions. In the end the plea bargain he was able to negotiate was nothing special. I would never use him again for any legal services and hope no one else uses this man either.
