Robert Dixon is by far the best attorney that I could have hired for my case. I have already recommended him and will continue to recommend him to all of my friends and family members due to the following reasons: - First of Robert Dixon and his staff are super friendly, understanding and very prof...essional. - I felt comfortable explaining my situation to him as he and his team are very knowledgeable. - They knew immediately what to do next and provided me with all of the details for my case. - They kept in contact throughout the entire timeframe and kept me updated on a constant basis. With all of the above facts I must say that they have done all of the work and more to an extend where I did not have to spend any of my time following up nor any time asking questions as they were all answered for me at the beginning. In the past I spend a lot of time having to follow up with other attorneys but in this case I did not. I can only recommend this attorney as he and his firm will get the job done and shoot for the stars! Not to mention that what I expected out of this case was not even close to what they delivered. I suggest NOT TO USE THIS LAWYER! After a 6 month period of nothing they only times I got a call was to tell to go to a new doc over and over again!.. so about 8 months in he calls me to see him at his office, He asked me why i hadn't gotten the shots done at main and management, I responded with my ...concerns and I didn't want to risk the side affects because if the shots didn't work i was do have surgery that is not something i wasted to do. Well he advised me to get the shots it would be better for my case and that more money will be in my pocket. Well after all repeatdly told them that the amount of settlement did not make since with the amount he told me i would get, they emailed me some bullshit invoice with his cut and all the doctors plus how much i was getting. He had told me that with the shots i was going to get $6-$7000 but the invoice said i was only getting $2000 but he was getting $3333.33 really how does that work!? he also had told me the shots will take the clam to $20.000 but the invoice reads only $10.000.. I would really never use this lawyer!!

Hired Dixon for injury suffered. Saw me at a coffee house, for 2 years not once did he called, I checked on the case every 6 months and he would tell me I'll call you next month. Never happened untill he called and said that we had an offer and advised me to settle. My take $200! I called another ...lawyer immediately and we fired Dixon. Within a year we had a much much larger offer. We call Dixon because once you hire a lawyer, no matter how incompetent, they'll get a share. And when asked if he would cut us a break? Oh no, he wanted all ( new percentage of settlement.
