There are not enough words to describe how thoughtful and trustworthy the Law offices of Robert Dixon were to me. I'm glad I chose Mr. Dixon to represent me for my case. The entire law firm was great and professional; I am very satisfied and pleased with the good legal representation and efficien...cy received from his office. Everything went as smooth as possible. I needed an attorney like Mr. Dixon who was aggressive when negotiating on my behalf. Thanks to Mr. Dixon, his colleagues and office staff I received a bigger settlement than I expected. I will always recommend all of my family and friends to seek them for legal advice and representation. I suggest NOT TO USE THIS LAWYER! After a 6 month period of nothing they only times I got a call was to tell to go to a new doc over and over again!.. so about 8 months in he calls me to see him at his office, He asked me why i hadn't gotten the shots done at main and management, I responded with my ...concerns and I didn't want to risk the side affects because if the shots didn't work i was do have surgery that is not something i wasted to do. Well he advised me to get the shots it would be better for my case and that more money will be in my pocket. Well after all repeatdly told them that the amount of settlement did not make since with the amount he told me i would get, they emailed me some bullshit invoice with his cut and all the doctors plus how much i was getting. He had told me that with the shots i was going to get $6-$7000 but the invoice said i was only getting $2000 but he was getting $3333.33 really how does that work!? he also had told me the shots will take the clam to $20.000 but the invoice reads only $10.000.. I would really never use this lawyer!!

After my auto accident Robert Dixon advised me to have neck surgery and that my case would have more in pocket cash value. He lied to me . After having the surgery months later his office email me a settement offer that would release all party's from all liabilities. I gave Robert Dixon a call and... he was very unpleasant and rude tell me you not gonna get any more money and just sign the form and he could not tell me what my case was worth.

I do not recommend this lawyer I repeat I DO NOT recommend him or his office. They took over 1 year and half to get my settlement, they never did a good follow up with me to keep me up to date with the case. I also agreed at the beginning with Lidia if I referred a new customer they would give me a d...iscounted rate in their services and after they took over $16k dollars on my settlement and referred them another case the discount given to me was of $150.00 which it took well over 4 months for them to give me the $150.00 check. The whole staff is super unprofessional, they never follow through with messages or call backs. I could keep going on about how bad and unreliable this people are. Please be aware and do not use this office or this lawyer (Robert Dixon) for any case.
