Mr. Forzani led me to believe that he would represent me, contact opposing counsel and come to some form of settlement that he would propose to me. He never contacted opposing council nor returned my calls and the deadline for the attorney to file the lawsuit against me for 3 x the original amount ar...rived. I called the office in a panic and asked to please speak with him that my deadline was today. I was told that the message would be given to him. I never got a response.
