Mr Forzani was supplied all of the pertinent information on my case and was copied on all correspondence leading up to it.
Mr. Forzani led me to believe that he would represent me, contact opposing counsel and come to some form of settlement that he would propose to me. He never contacted opposing council nor returned my calls and the deadline for the attorney to file the lawsuit against me for 3 x the original amount ar...
