Richard Allan Waugaman III

Richard works primarily with domestic contracts, including breach of contract, drafting separation and settlement agreements, financial issues including property distibution, alimony, child support and absolute divorce. Richard graduated from Campbell University School of Law and is a licensed attorney in North Carolina. Richard also is a summa cum laude graduate of Campbell University with a degree in criminal justice.

While in law school, Richard was a member of two national appellate advocacy moot court teams and received a number of honors and awards while in law school and continues to teach appellate advocacy at Campbell Law School.
