Mr. Schifone's office is unpleasant and not clean. It is on the second floor with steep stairs and no entrance for those who cannot use the stairs. Mr. Schifone did initially appear to be well informed on the laws and experienced in the bankruptcy process. He accepted a payment plan which was hel...pful. However, he was very difficult to reach in that he rarely answered phone calls within a reasonable amount of time, if he did respond at all. He made several careless mistakes which caused delays in our proceedings. He did not pay close attention to detail and did not leave me with a sense of confidence. Working with him was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
