I was fortunate to find Rick Ottinger though an online search. I had an issue concerning a breach of contract with my civilian employer due to entering active duty military service. After a free concoltation with Rick, I felt confident and comfortable in his ability to help me find a favorable solu...tion to my issue. Rick presented a degree of ugency which made me feel he actually cared about me and finding a favorable resolution to my case. Over the duration of my case, Rick operated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and excellence thoughout the investigation and all communications with me. Rick presented me with mulitple options and courses of action for me to review, and highlighted which option he most highly recommended. He allowed me the opportunity to digest all options in order to decide which course of action I wanted to persue. Looking back, I am thankful Rick was able to recommend an option that was grounded in reality, as he probably recognized my ability to handle this situation on my own might have been clouded due to the high level of emotion I held concerning my case. In the end, the option that Rick recommended, and I ultimately chose, provided a course of action which settled my case without incident. I could not be happier or more appreciative for Rick, the integrity of his work, the sense of urgency he operated with throughout the duration of my case, and the favorable result he helped my case yeild.
