Richard Roger Ottinger Jr.

I've had Mr. Ottinger represent me in two separate cases and I couldn't have found a better attorney for my situation. As for my first case, I'd only found him a handful of days before my scheduled court date, but even with the little time I'd given him to prepare he put in the effort to do exactly... what I needed done in court.
