Richard “Rich” Mills is a Gainesville, Florida native and a Triple Gator, and earned a Masters of Law in Taxation from the University Florida Graduate Tax Program, the nation's third best Tax Law program. During that time, Rich competed in various tax law competitions around the world from Leuven, Belgium at the KU Leuven International and European Tax Moot Court Competition where he represented the U.S.A to Securties competitions in Manhattan, New York City. It is his privilege to serve his hometown family and the Gator Nation in the areas of estates, probate, and taxation.

Rich enjoys coaching his son’s T-ball teams and teaching his son new sports. Being a lifelong Gator, Rich regularly attends Florida football and basketball games with his son. As a father, Rich understands how important it is to provide for one’s family and to protect one’s assets and estate. It is a privilege for Rich to provide advice to clients on how to best plan for their family’s future, using his understanding of the expansive tax and estate laws as a tool to plan now for a more secure future.
