Richard McLeod Hinds

We used Richard & Suzanne Hinds for a temporary custody issue. I have included Suzanne in this review because she is a very valuable asset to Mr. Hinds firm and a wonderful asset to the clients as well. From the time you walk in and Suzanne says hello to the time we FINALLY got our issue completed w...e felt like we had a new "family". Richard is a straight forward, honest and sincere attorney. He will tell you honestly what he believes could be the end result of your case and what issues you might be facing if your case ends up before a judge. He does not tell you just what you want to hear. He does not make promises or continue to burn through your money, unlike some others in his profession. We did our homework and paid for many consultations regarding our matter prior to hiring Richard Hinds and when we met Richard we knew we had our attorney.

My case is still active, but wanted to give my opinion so far. I have worked with attorney's of many areas of law, especially marital. I must admit that I am anti-attorney, especially in this field because they are only interested in their own pockets. My previous attorney is before the Fl. Bar. R...ichard Hinds, as well as his office have been different. They really will work for you. They will keep you informed and they are available for questions. They seem to take the client seriously. This is a welcome and unexpected change. With my case still pending I have no idea of when and where we will end up, but this office has renewed my trust and expectations.

My experiece with Mr. Hinds and his staff was the most positive part of my child custody litigation. These civil disputes can be the most heartwrenching situations you may ever be a part of. Mr. Hinds and especially his staff went above and beyond to make sure they took as much of the anxiety as... possible off my shoulders. And if you're looking for a lawyer who promptly answers your phone calls and emails.....Mr. Hinds would be your man. Super nice man who gets the job done!
