Richard Eric Garmise

Mr. Garmise's personal style is temperamental and gruff (when he wasn't being flirtatious). His responsiveness to e-mails and phone calls was intermittent at best and nonexistent at worse. For example, he would have his assistant call (sometimes several days in a row) to announce that a call would ...be forthcoming from the attorney himself , although it would never come. In terms of the business at hand and the reason I secured his services in the first place, he would only deal with the aspects of it that he personally found interesting but would ignore anything other than that I would ask of him. He was dismissive and dogmatic and in the end wasted over a year of my time and thousands of dollars only to pull out of our arrangement after I finally complained about him not returning my phone calls for three months. He then, in a spiteful and completely unprofessional manner, accused me of not paying my bills in a timely fashion which was (and I proved it to him) not the case at all. In the end, he was unprofessional, uncooperative, wasted and did great damage to my endeavors by his actions (or lack thereof).
