Renee Lynn Mathias

Though I have not had her for myself, she has been amazing for my friend who had really been upset the way her divorce had just turned out and her other ex had just turned up with the help to fight for custody of her children. Renee made what my friend thought would be a custody battle look like t...he easiest thing in the world as she got straight to the point stating facts that had the opposing attorney shaking in his boots. The ex had entered requesting 50/50 custody and left requesting no jail time. To be fair, I believed that the case should have been easy, but her previous attorney did not make it seem that way and I don’t think my previous attorney would have either. She gave my friend the realistic expectations that I thought sounded correct as opposed to her previous attorney. If I ever need an attorney again she will be my first stop, I am disappointed she was not my attorney personally for my divorce.

Renee was a great advocate for myself and son. She gave me options, told me my rights, and gave realestic scenarios for custody time. Even took time out of her nights & weekends to consult and counsel me. I would recommend her to anyone, she tells you straight up what to expect so you are not “ blind...sided”!

Divorce is so hard, particularly when children are involved. I was a client of Renee's and will most likely continue to need her advice and services until my youngest child is 19. I had a very positive experience with Renee, even under the circumstances. Renee was not only professional, but extremely... compassionate and empathetic towards my needs as well as what was in the best interest of my children. Renee did an excellent job preparing me and explaining all the different steps during my grueling divorce. Whenever I had a question or concern, she answered me back right away no matter what day of the week or time of day. I know she has other clients besides myself, but she always made me feel like I was her number one priority and she truly had my family's best interest at heart. I would recommend Renee to anyone and will forever be grateful for all she has done for my children and I.

Wow. I owe Ms. Mathias my life. I got my son back. And financially I really came out great. I got more than I had ever hoped for. I was really depressed when I first called her because I did not see any hope for me and what I was up against. Ms. Mathias was so confident and reassuring right awa...y and let me know that she would handle everything. What was really awesome is that I found out that Ms. Mathias is also an accountant, so she was able to figure out how to deal with the financial parts of my case in ways I would have never imagined, or as it turned out, in ways my ex's attorney never imagined!!
