I believe after viewing video footage of multiple cases, including one under Jerry Springer. She should be Disbarred! I believe that She could be used as the definition for ineffective counsel. The fact that people's lives are resting in her shoulders truly terrifies me. I didn't believe that any att...orney could be this bad. Hearing accusations of her falling asleep, working from her office"McDonald's", and things that sound like absolute fantasy for the level of incompetence, or the many accusations of fraud committed by her I thought must be fake and exaggerated, until you watch court videos if her in action, or read the courtroom minutes and then believe that it is absolutely true, not exaggerated, and could be worse then rumoured. I thought the accusations of her falling asleep during a case was just not possible, but I just watched some court footage that looked like she was stoned while getting removed from a case after getting caught lying to the judge, proving she was not providing proper counsel. I am shocked she is able to practice after what I saw, read and experienced. Personally having a attorney want to have you meet them at a fast-food restaurant should make you research them, and with how easy it was to fall down that rabbit hole. You just can't stop looking deeper thinking it's not possible, until you realize it is possible, and this is scary.

DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN!! She will take your money and run. I hired Rebecca Tieppp to oversee my divorce case in June 2019. It took her days to a week to return calls. She took my money for filing a parenting time motion and filed it incorrectly. She lied to me about it being denied rather than return...ed due to the paperwork not being field properly which I found out from the FOC. I paid extra for a status QUO motion that never made it to the judge either. She never once sent a itemized bill against my retainer. Once I decided to hire another attorney in November I had asked her for a bill and possibly refund of money. There has been no communication in return. I have reached out several times to get a bill with no luck. I have since filed a grievance against her with the Michigan state Bar association. Long story short I am ultimately paying the price for hiring Rebecca. She may or may not have knowledge in other areas of law but a divorce with military ties and domestic abuse is NOT one of them.

I hired this lady 4/4/19 to assist me and an already case I had going . I paid her $1,000 she never went to the courthouse to review my case all she did was avoid text messages and phone all she did was have excuse after excuse and basically I did all the work it even got to the point where she had a...ll type of excuses of retrieving my transcript which it was a month-and-a-half into me hiring her when she still never received but I end up getting it in one day that tells you the type of attorney e is but she still ended up having my case dismiss for non appearance she's unreliable and I wouldn't use her ever again. Now she's avoiding my texts and call and will not return my money.
