Client killed himself because of her

This sick individual needs a serious karma kickback for the lives she destroyed. She sold out a client to the prosecution and did nothing to defend him. He killed himself. That what happens when the public defenders office sends you a lackey shyster attorney out to get a simple pay check. She does... not even have an office and uses a UPS mailbox as a mailing address.

Experienced and dedicated

Rebecca was great from start to finish and legitimately cared about the outcome of my case, I would use her again and recommend her to anyone looking for quality representation.

Ineffective councils who does not know the law

Rebecca was appointed to me by The Office of Public Defense by the public defenders office. I received an ineffective council and was verbally abused by Rebecca, who did nothing to defend me or put any effort in my case and ruin my life. Rebecca would not get my cellphone to prove my innocence as I r...ecorded all my conversations with the accuser, which would have cleared me of charges. Rebecca lied to me and that I would get a 6 month misdemeanor. It will drop in 3 months and off my record. Rebecca never showed me the police report or negotiated a plea and told me to sign one if I might want to get out of jail. She was too busy and had other cases to go to all day and did not have a pen. I ended up, with an undesignated 6 felony that would drop to a misdemeanor after probation and it would be expunge. Rebecca lied. Arizona has never had an expundgement law. It just shows how inept she knows the law. I had suffered a concussion being attacked in jail and had no idea what was going on. Rebecca told me, whatever the judge says, just say yes. I later found out that you could undo a plea before sentencing, which she would not do, and another attorney said, I would had won if I went to trial. Rebecca would not return calls or emails. Rebecca set me up and made a fool out of me to write a letter to the judge what I have done with my life. At sentencing, I was ridiculed by the prosecutor that I bragged about my accomplishments and did not admit to the crime. She further made me look stupid when she said, when the judge asked if you want to say anything, just ask when will this be dropped to a misdemeanor when I could had spoke how the victim lied. It did not help my convection.

Should be Disbarred

Ms. Felmly was appointed as my defense attorney by the Maricopa Contract Services at a time when the ONLY blood evidence I wanted to retest had been lost by Gilbert Police Department. While I sat in Maricopa County Jail in the Psych Ward on Suicide Watch, Felmly blocked my calls and refused to challe...nge the misconduct surrounding the blood evidence. Not only did Felmly refuse to serve her client as per Arizona Bar Association mandates, but LITERALLY left her client to die in jail.
