Ray Elliott Beck Jr.

Mr. Beck was very diligent in a litigation case in which we were the Plaintiff. He handled many details, while keeping me informed. I, being very busy, was relatively quiet during the months that this case dragged on. Mostly, I just read his emails and answered questions when he had them. Otherwise, ...I just trusted him to do the right thing. And he always did. When opposing counsel played dirty, Mr. Beck became genuinely annoyed. This demonstrates a passion for his work. He pointed out to me that their tactics went beyond reasonable aggressiveness. But I believe this only made Mr. Beck want to win even more, and we ultimately did. Preparation complemented ability, with Mr. Beck even working through a holiday the day before trial.
