Randy Leigh Braun

I had a buyout offer from my company and was looking for representation. Randy's web site seemed down-to-earth and straightforward so I gave him a call. He listened patiently, explained in English what I needed to know, and gave me options. I immediately felt comfortable with both his knowledge and ...his manner, engaged him, and that feeling has not changed. After that, Randy was amazing. He negotiated on my behalf and followed up/cc:'d with all parties on a regular basis, so I didn't feel ignored. Everything worked out fine and I'm happy to say that Randy is as down-to-earth and straightforward as his website. If Randy did such a wonderful job for my simple matter, I can't imagine you wouldn't be equally satisfied with him on matters of any complexity.

Randy is incredible. He has been super-responsive and knowledgeable and has walked me through every thorny situation I have gotten myself into in the past 5 years. His foresight has probably also prevented numerous other thorny situations from ever occurring. He is a street fighter when need be b...ut has been extremely patient in explaining things to me. He is also very well versed with construction law and this specific knowledge has helped my architecture practice. My only hesitation at recommending him is that he will become too popular and I won't have unfettered access anymore.
