Freedom isn't free...but it was well worth the price!

a total bulldog! outside of Court he can be a little hard to read - the first time we met i see this guy with earrings and arms covered in tattoos and figured "he's got to be good to pull this off!". He sat with me for 31/2 hours, no charge, discussing my (drug trafficking) case, his experience and... addressing my concerns. I asked him to explain everything to my wife so he spent another 30 minutes on the phone with her. when i got home we agreed Rand was the guy for me. His fee was high, but very reasonable and allowed payments. In fact, he closed the case before i even finished paying! We went to Court about 5 times with the first offer being a prison sentence of 15+ years and a $250k fine... the morning of our motion hearing the offer was 5 years on probation. We discussed the pros and cons of the offer and the likelihood of outright success - he wouldn't promise or guarantee anything except he was "ready" and had caselaw to support our position for suppression. I rejected the offer and as i watched him in Court, i was totally transfixed. The earrings were gone, tats were covered and he looked like any other attorney as he crucified the detectives and addressed the Court as if he was pleading for his own freedom. After he sat down he looked at me and said, "we won" with a smirk on his and started packing his bag even though the prosecutor was still talking. about 3 minutes in the prosecutor's argument the Court stopped him and said, "you can sit down now" and complimented Rand on his argument and suppressed all of the evidence. 30 days later, after the State didn't appeal, he called to tell me "case dismissed. you've got a 2nd chance at life not to be a f*** up... don't blow it"! He's the only person to ever speak to me like that but i knew how he meant it. even though we've paid him off he still checks in on me at least once a month - he even knocked off some of the fee if i got my GED (which i did) and wrote a letter on my behalf for entry to a 2 year college. Some attorneys say they care - this one showed it. He's the best!!!!

Simply The BEST!

Achieved even more than i expected for my case! Was always on time in court and kept me informed about all the details. He managed to get my driving license back immediately and helped me to keep my driving record as clean as possible. Randy has a lot of experience and relationships, that helpe...d him to do his job in the BEST possible way. I felt that he did fight for me every inch of the way. What i liked the most is that he speaks straight, puts all the cards on the table and no any unreasonable promises. Price was really acceptable, plus it's flexible to do payments. It was a pleasure to work with Randy J. Csehy and i would definitely, definitely recommend him. Thank You

A class of his own

I gave my wife Rand's card and told her if I ever got in trouble to contact him. Months later I was snatched up by drug enforcement agents and charged with conspiracy to traffick schedule 2. My wife looked on from a neighbors house as two helicopters circled our property and agents stormed our hous...e. At 1:30 a.m. in the morning my confused and scared wife pulled out his card and Rand picked up his cell phone and stayed on the line until she was calmed down. That was on a friday and that monday he drove two hours to the jail to see me. At first glance I was unsure because he was wearing flip flops shorts and had multiple tatoos. He asured me that he cleans up for court and I knew he was who I wanted for my defense when he said he didn't represent snitches. He took my case for less than I felt like he was worth and was very understanding and willing to work out a payment plan. I havnt had the chance to see him perform in court yet but so far his vast knowledge of the law and willingness to go above what I would expect of an attorney has put him in a class of his own.
