Had her review my case for EB1-A and EB2-NIW. Her first email was simply a replica of the law requirements from the USCIS site. She did little to inform me of my chances-of-success in the related cases as requested despite the fact that she had more then sufficient information at hand to base her jud...gement on in relation to my case. She did ask me for clarifications to which I responded. However, she simply disappeared from this point onwards and failed to respond despite my repeated reminders. Poor first impression - I am glad I did not officially hire her for my case.

I worked with Rami for my immigration related work. The biggest challenge I faced was she disappeared completely after obtaining my papers. I was left to assume that she was working on my case and followed up with her after around 10 days and she responded that my papers were still not sent to immigr...ation department. Another problem was lack of communication from her side. She would not respond to any of the mails in spite of repeated reminders causing me a lot of stress and uncertainty. I would have appreciated a response that acknowledged my queries at the least but no avail.
